    We coach you right in the comfort of your home. We offer personal, one-on-one coaching. We have the answers you need! You can work with us face to face or online via your preferred app (eg. facetime or skype).

    How long will it take to see results?

    You will get fitter and stronger in 100 days or less. You will lose weight and become more energetic. Results will depend on each person and will be discussed at the introductory meeting.

    Your BMI calculates your body fat, based on height and weight. The higher your BMI, the greater your risks of heart disease, stroke, hypertension and diabetes.

    The image on the right is a BMI chart. If you don’t know your number you may be putting yourself at risk! BMI is a simple indicator of the health of your body from a weight standpoint. If you or your family are OVER 25, the facts show that you are at serious risk with your health! Just look at these statistics...


    • Individuals who are obese (BMI > 30) have a 50 to 100% increased risk of premature death from all causes, compared to those with a healthy weight.
    • For every 2-pound increase in weight, the risk of developing arthritis is increased by 9 to 13%.
    • If your BMI is over 30, your risk of heart disease is increased by 300%, colon cancer 200% and gallbladder disease by 400%.
    • Your risk of diabetes is 3 times higher if your BMI is over 25, 10 times higher if over 35!
    • If your number is over 25, your risk of heart disease, diabetes, arthritis, gallbladder disease, depression and sleep apnea goes up dramatically.
